Coller Private Credit Secondaries (CollerCredit) aims to originate and execute secondaries transactions across the private credit spectrum and provide fund lending facilities, primarily to private equity funds.

The core focus of the Fund will be around senior direct lending opportunities, with the flexibility to invest across other strategies opportunistically if risk-adjusted returns and liquidity profile are deemed to be appropriate. CollerCredit, will seek to underwrite investments with a Gross IRR generally between 9% and 15%.
