“CollerCredit” is an investment platform comprising a SICAV SCSp (société d’investissement à capital variable – société en commandite spéciale) and a SICAV SA (société d’investissement à capital variable – société anonyme). Both the SICAV SCSp and the SICAV SA are registered as Part II UCIs with the Luxembourg supervisory authority (the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier - CSSF).

CollerCredit’s investment objective is to seek long-term investment returns predominantly through discount capture, contractual interest and capital appreciation. CollerCredit intends to gain exposure to a diversified portfolio of credit assets, primarily by investing, either directly or indirectly, in privately negotiated private credit investments, including: (i) credit fund investments; (ii) direct investments in credit assets, securities or other investment instruments providing exposure to underlying credit assets or credit-derived cash flows (e.g. structured products) or in special purpose vehicles created (1) to restructure the holding arrangements for one or more credit assets, or (2) to extend credit, “NAV financing” or preferred equity financing to investment funds, their portfolios or their investment managers; and (iii) investments in credit co-investment opportunities, alongside other Coller funds or private credit funds managed by unaffiliated asset managers.

It is intended for CollerCredit to offer monthly subscriptions and quarterly redemptions (subject to the provisions and limitations set out in the Prospectus).
CollerCredit may be made available to professional and certain eligible non-professional investors.
Subscriptions for shares in CollerCredit are intended to be accepted on the last business day of each month.
Requests for subscription in CollerCredit must be received by the CollerCredit’s central administrator by 5 p.m. Central European Time at least 5 business days prior to the relevant subscription date.

Redemptions are expected to be offered on the last business day of each calendar quarter.
Requests for redemption of shares in CollerCredit must be received by the CollerCredit’s central administrator by 5 p.m. Central European Time at least 20 business days prior to the relevant redemption date.
Redemptions are generally limited to 5% of the net asset value per quarter.
In addition, some class of shares will be subject to an early redemption deduction in the event such shares are redeemed during a 12-month period starting from the date of subscription.

CollerCredit’s minimum investment will vary depending on the share class and may be subject to higher local requirements in certain jurisdictions. As a baseline Classes C, D, I have a minimum investment of USD 50,000 or (or any other amount in any other currency as disclosed in the prospectus) and Classes I-2 and I-3 have a minimum investment of USD 1,000,000 (or any other amount in any other currency as disclosed in the prospectus).

The Reference Currency of CollerCredit is the U.S. Dollar. However, some share classes may be offered in additional or different currencies. CollerCredit may decide, at any time, to create additional share classes whose reference currency may differ from the existing classes of shares.

Coller Private Credit Secondaries (“CollerCredit (SICAV)”) is a Sub-Fund of Coller Secondaries SICAV. CollerCredit (SICAV) will be offered only to professional and qualified investors in countries where such offerings are authorized.
