Fund Overview CollerCredit offers an investor-friendly structure that focuses on secondary investments in private credit funds. The portfolio is expected to be broadly diversified across vintages, managers, industrial sectors and geographies. The core focus of the Fund will be senior direct lending opportunities, with the flexibility to invest across other credit strategies opportunistically if risk-adjusted returns and liquidity profiles are deemed to be appropriate.

Performance shown is net of fees and expenses. The performance for periods prior to 1st of July 2025 reflects the performance of CIS-COF Seed Vehicle, L.P.(the “Seed Vehicle”), with an inception date of 12th April 2024, the day the Seed Vehicle began investing. The performance of the Seed Vehicle since inception was 6.51%. See page 3 for additional performance disclosures. The Seed Vehicle transferred substantially all of its assets and liabilities to CollerCredit. The Seed Vehicle maintained an investment objective, strategy and investment policies, guidelines and restrictions that are, in all material aspects, equivalent to those of CollerCredit. Shares of CollerCredit were offered as of 1st of July 2025.
Coller Private Credit Secondaries is a sub-fund of the umbrella Coller Secondaries SICAV SA.
(1) A 2% fee may apply for shares held less than one year.
(2) The Investment Advisor has contractually agreed to reduce its Investment Advisory Fee as well as its Performance Fee to an annual rate of 0.00% until 30 September 2025. Beginning 1 October 2025, CollerCredit’s Investment Advisory Fee will be 1% per annum and the Performance fee will be 12.5% of net investment income (subject to 5% hurdle rate and catch-up) paid quarterly for non-anchor share classes.
(3) The NAV for CollerCredit reflects the NAV post distributions.
