Coller Private Credit Secondaries Fund is an Australian unit trust registered as a managed investment scheme under Part 5C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

CollerCredit is an investment platform comprising a SICAV SCSp (société d'investissement à capital variable – société en commandite spéciale) and a SICAV SA (société d'investissement à capital variable – société anonyme).  Both the SICAV SCSp and the SICAV SA are registered as Part II UCIs with the Luxembourg supervisory authority (the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier – CSSF).

Coller Private Credit Secondaries Fund is expected to invest as a feeder fund all or substantially all of its assets through an Australian dollar denominated distribution share class of the SICAV SA that forms part of CollerCredit.

Coller Private Credit Secondaries Fund's investment objective is to seek to deliver investment returns predominantly through discount capture, contractual interest or capital appreciation.  Coller Private Credit Secondaries Fund intends to achieve its objective by obtaining indirect exposure to a diversified portfolio of credit assets through direct investments in shares in the SICAV SA that forms part of CollerCredit.

CollerCredit aims to manage liquidity and maintain a high level of investment in private markets. CollerCredit’s investments are expected to include (a) investments in existing or newly formed private credit funds, (b) direct investments in credit assets, and/or (c) investments in co-investment opportunities alongside other funds. These investments are expected to be acquired primarily through secondary transactions.

objectives in completing these secondary transactions are to:

  1. achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns;
  2. generate liquidity sooner than primary transactions; and
  3. mitigate certain risks associated with investing in ‘blind pools,’ as CollerCredit will typically have certain information relating to all or a portion of the underlying portfolio or company at the time it commits to a secondary transaction.

It is intended for Coller Private Credit Secondaries Fund to offer monthly applications and withdrawals (subject to the provisions and limitations set out in the Product Disclosure Statement).

Coller Private Credit Secondaries Fund may be made available to investors in Australia and New Zealand.

Applications for units in Coller Private Credit Secondaries Fund must be received before 2 p.m. (AEST) on the 18th calendar day of a month (or the previous business day, if the 18th calendar day is not a business day) in order to receive the application price calculated as at the last business day of the month.

It is intended for Coller Private Credit Secondaries Fund to offer monthly withdrawals (subject to the provisions and limitations set out in the Product Disclosure Statement).

Requests for redemption of units in Coller Private Credit Secondaries Fund must be received before 2 p.m. (AEST) on the 18th calendar day of a month (or the previous business day, if the 18th calendar day is not a business day) in order to receive the withdrawal price calculated as at the last business day of the month.

Redemptions of units in Coller Private Credit Secondaries Fund are generally limited to 5% of the net asset value per quarter.

Coller Private Credit Secondaries Fund has a minimum initial investment of A$25,000 and a minimum additional investment of A$5,000.
