The performance for periods prior to 1 of October 2024 reflects the
performance of CIS-COF Seed Vehicle, L.P. (the “Seed Vehicle”), with an inception date of 12 April 2024, the day the Seed Vehicle began investing. The
performance of the Seed Vehicle since inception was 6.51%. The Seed Vehicle transferred substantially all of its assets and liabilities to the Underlying Fund.
The Seed Vehicle maintained an investment objective, strategy and investment policies, guidelines and restrictions that are, in all material aspects,
equivalent to those of the Underlying Fund. Shares of Underlying Fund were offered as of 1 October 2024.
(1) The Investment Advisor (“Coller Capital Limited”) has contractually agreed to reduce its Management Fee and Performance Fee to an annual rate of 0.00% until 30th June 2025.
